This 875,000-square-foot development features a 12-story hotel tower with 549 guest rooms. Last week, we celebrated the groundbreaking of Beast Codeโs future headquarters at Freedom Tech Center in Fort Walton Beach! AnderCorp is proud to serve as Construction Manager for the 36,000 SF, 2-story facility that will support the continued growth of this innovative defense tech company. This project is the latest addition to Freedom Tech Center, a 50-acre mixed-use development by The Jay Odom Group that also features Zatitude Luxury Apartments, a project we were honored to be part of.

Monday morningโs 18,000 SF concrete slab pour marks a major milestone for the VMCC Banquet Hall project. With all site utilities, foundations, and the perimeter CMU chainwall now in place, weโre moving full speed ahead. Up next: erection of the Pre-Engineered Metal Building, set to begin in early May, followed by the exterior masonry faรงade including brick, splitface CMU, and cast stone.
