Last week, we celebrated the grand opening of the 75,000-square-foot temporary gaming facility, featuring 900+ slot machines, 30+ live-action table games, a signature bar, a quick-service restaurant, and 1,000+ parking spaces. Yesterday, we celebrated the groundbreaking of Holiday Inn Beach Drive—Gulfport. Located adjacent to the scenic shoreline, this full-service, five-story, 70,000-square-foot hospitality destination will feature more than 110 guest rooms and suites. The hotel will also include a fitness center, meeting spaces, and a luxury pool complete with fire pits and cabanas.

We’re proud to announce AnderCorp’s role as Construction Manager for a major multi-phase expansion at Mississippi State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. The Wise Center project features a new Farm Animal Hospital and an Outpatient Cattle Handling Facility, designed to enhance clinical care, improve research opportunities, and promote safe and efficient animal handling for clients and producers. This development also features the Nancy Fair Link Laminitis Research Center, complete with an equine research barn dedicated to advancing the understanding and treatment of laminitis.
