One of MSU’s largest academic buildings, this three-story, 102,000-square-foot facility features a 150-seat lecture hall, a 3,000-square-foot movement studio, and 15 laboratories. Earlier this week, we celebrated the groundbreaking of the Nancy Fair Link Laminitis Research Center at @msstate! Located at the @msstate_vetmed, this state-of-the-art facility will advance research in the prevention and treatment of equine laminitis. The 12,500-square-foot center will include a large multi-investigator laboratory and clinical research space, alongside an 8,100-square-foot equine research barn with 24 stalls to house horses.

Last week, we celebrated the ribbon-cutting of the Jim & Thomas Duff Center at Mississippi State University, a dynamic space supporting the Department of Kinesiology and key programs of the university’s Mississippi Institute on Disabilities. Made possible through the generous contribution of Jim and Thomas Duff, this facility features advanced laboratories, classrooms, treatment rooms, and offices, and will serve as a major hub for MSU’s human physiological research and treatment.

AnderCorp was proud to join @thejayodomgroup, @bitwizards, and @talkingparentsapp to break ground on their new 50,869 SF dual headquarters. This building will be home to more than 200 employees, including 100 new jobs, for two innovative tech companies making a national impact. Located within @freedomtechcenter, this project adds to AnderCorp’s growing footprint in the development, where we also completed a 312-unit multifamily project and are currently building the Beast Code headquarters.

Construction at the UMMC School of Nursing is on schedule as we enter the second half of the project timeframe. Brickwork is complete on the north elevation, nearly finished on the west, about halfway on the east, and starting soon on the south. Curtainwall installation has begun this week, followed by metal wall panels.
