Germantown High School Performing Arts Center & Classroom Additions

Construction at Germantown High School included 96,000 square feet of additions and renovations to accommodate the school’s growth and enhance its facilities. The project consisted of a new 54,000-square-foot, 1,200-seat Performing Arts Center and 42,000 square feet of classroom additions and renovations integrated with the existing campus. 

The Performing Arts Center features a performance stage, tiered seating, back-of-house support spaces, lobby areas, and acoustically engineered finishes. The classroom expansion added 24 new classrooms, administrative offices, collaborative learning spaces, and a glazed observation corridor, providing additional space to support the school’s growing student population.

Site improvements included expanded parking, courtyards, landscaping, and infrastructure upgrades, with new construction designed to maintain architectural consistency across the existing campus. Construction was carefully phased to maintain school operations on the occupied campus while prioritizing student safety and minimizing disruption.
