Highlights

Construction at Germantown High School involved a 96,000-square-foot addition and renovation to the existing campus, including a 1,200-seat Performing Arts Center, 24 classrooms, and select renovations designed to seamlessly integrate the new facilities with the existing school.

Delivered on an active campus, the project required carefully phased construction to maintain uninterrupted school operations and ensure student safety throughout the duration of construction. The 54,000-square-foot Performing Arts Center includes a stage, tiered seating, back-of-house support spaces, lobby areas, and acoustically engineered finishes. The 42,000-square-foot classroom addition features two stories of instructional spaces, administrative areas, collaboration spaces, and a glazed observation corridor.

Site improvements included expanded parking, courtyards, landscaping, and infrastructure upgrades to support the growing campus while maintaining architectural continuity with the existing facilities.
