Onsite MEP Coordinator

Job Description:

• 10+ years of Commercial Construction MEP Experience
• Promotes an atmosphere of teamwork working with the Field and Project Management team to plan and coordinate assigned construction projects.
• Works alongside the Project Team to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and building officials to meet construction deadlines, architectural requirements, building codes, and client expectations to ensure successful project outcome with client satisfaction as the main priority.
• Will work with the coordination of all aspects of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, low voltage system, and fire sprinkler scopes for the project.

Onsite Safety Manager

Job Description:

• 5+ years of Commercial Construction Experience
• Promotes an atmosphere of teamwork working with the Field and Project Management team to advance the company safety and health programs to ensure a safe workplace following all OSHA-required standards.
• Conduct on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices and assist in new employee occupational health, safety, and environmental orientation.

Onsite Project Managers

Job Description:

• 10+ years of Commercial Construction Experience (Hospitality/Gaming/Multi-Family)
• Promotes an atmosphere of teamwork working with the Field and Project Management team to plan and coordinate assigned construction projects.
• Works alongside the Project Team to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and building officials to meet construction deadlines, architectural requirements, building codes, and client expectations to ensure successful project outcome with client satisfaction as the main priority.

BIM/VDC Coordinator

Job Description:

• 5+ years of commercial Construction/Design experience
• Works alongside the Operations and Preconstruction team to assist in obtaining, evaluating, and coordinating information needed to construct projects in accordance with the contract documents through BIM models to ensure work meets schedule requirements and is constructed to the highest level of quality possible.
• Resolving issues related to plans and specifications, as it relates to the organization, use, and management of the BIM model updates by interacting with design team, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and owner’s representatives.
