Maritime exploration and technology company Ocean Aero’s new headquarters will occupy 67,000 square feet of renovated warehouse space on the Port of Gulfport’s East Pier, with design and buildout provided by AnderCorp and Machado Patano Design Group. The move is expected to create an additional 45 jobs by the end of 2022.

Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration has awarded a $33.7 million contract to AnderCorp and executed a Notice to Proceed with the construction of Phase I of the new Department of Public Safety (DPS) Headquarters.
