- 10+ years of Commercial Construction MEP Experience
- Promotes an atmosphere of teamwork working with the Field and Project Management team to plan and coordinate assigned construction projects.
- Works alongside the Project Team to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and building officials to meet construction deadlines, architectural requirements, building codes, and client expectations to ensure successful project outcome with client satisfaction as the main priority.
- Will work with the coordination of all aspects of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, low voltage system, and fire sprinkler scopes for the project.
