AnderCorp Awarded Federal Design-Build Contract for IRS Facility, Expands Federal Operations with New Oxford Office

OXFORD, Miss. — AnderCorp has been awarded a U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) design-build contract to deliver critical infrastructure upgrades at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Customer Service Center in Memphis, Tennessee, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth in the federal construction market.

The project includes full replacement of the facility’s roofing systems, modernization of its electrical distribution infrastructure, and design and installation of a new fire alarm and life-safety system throughout the more than 800,000-square-foot federal campus. Construction will be completed in carefully phased sequences to allow the mission-critical facility to remain fully operational while maintaining a safe and secure environment for federal employees.

The award represents the first major federal contract supporting AnderCorp’s newly established Oxford, Mississippi office, which serves as the home base for the company’s continued growth in federal contracting and expansion of its federal construction services.
