The Zatitude Luxury Apartments project involved constructing a new, 312-unit multifamily development within the larger Freedom Tech Center in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Master planned by The Jay Odom Group under a long-term land lease with the U.S. Air Force, Freedom Tech Center is a 50-acre development designed to bring housing, hospitality, office, retail, and recreational opportunities to the surrounding community.
The residential project features 10 three-story apartment buildings, with a leasing office, resort-style pool, seven six-bay parking garages, and a dedicated car wash and maintenance facility. The project contributes to the continued growth and transformation of the north Fort Walton Beach area into a dynamic mixed-use destination.
