Zatitude at Freedom Tech Center

Freedom Tech Center is a 50-acre mixed-use development, master-planned by The Jay Odom Group under a long-term land lease with the US Air Force. This project will transform the north side of Fort Walton Beach into a bustling commerce center, bringing jobs, housing, hotels, and meeting spaces, accommodations, restaurants, Class A office space, and a 4-acre recreational park to the local community. This development will include 312 luxury apartment homes consisting of (10) 3-story apartment buildings, leasing office, pool, (7) 6-bay parking garages, and a carwash/maintenance building.
