The Zatitude at Freedom Tech Center project involved the construction of a 312-unit luxury multifamily development within the larger Freedom Tech Center mixed-use development in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Master planned by The Jay Odom Group under a long-term land lease with the U.S. Air Force, Freedom Tech Center is a 50-acre development designed to bring housing, hospitality, office, retail, and recreational opportunities to the surrounding community.
The residential development consists of 10 three-story apartment buildings along with a leasing office, resort-style pool, seven six-bay parking garages, and a dedicated carwash and maintenance facility. The project contributes to the continued growth and transformation of the north Fort Walton Beach area into a dynamic mixed-use destination.
