University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Nursing

The University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) School of Nursing project includes the construction of a new three-story facility and renovation of the existing URC building, creating a 106,000-square-foot nursing education complex comprised of 78,000 square feet of new construction and 28,000 square feet of renovated space. The facility is designed to support increased enrollment while enhancing student engagement, clinical training opportunities, and team-based learning.

The project features classrooms, administrative offices, an auditorium, clinical simulation and skills laboratories, and collaborative learning environments designed to support hands-on healthcare education. The renovated URC building and new addition are connected around a 16,000-square-foot courtyard for student activities and outdoor gatherings.
