Highlights
The Raider Village project involved the construction of the first on-campus student housing development for Northwest Florida State College. Designed to enhance the student living experience, the development provides a total of 162 beds in apartment-style units.
Each unit includes four private bedrooms and four private bathrooms, along with a shared kitchen, living area, and in-unit washer and dryer accommodations. The facility also features lobby and lounge areas on each floor designed to encourage student interaction and community building.
The project scope also included site development, supporting infrastructure improvements, and parking accommodations to serve the new residential community.
