Northwest Florida State Raider Village Student Housing

Raider Village Student Housing is Northwest Florida State College’s first-ever on-campus housing. Raider Village includes a total of 162 beds, each unit housing four bedrooms and four bath units, where each bedroom has its own bathroom with a kitchen and living area, and washer and dryer. A lobby and lounge area is on every floor to facilitate community building. The project scope included site development and infrastructure, as well as parking.
