Highlights
AnderCorp has started construction at Northwest Florida State College, building the school’s first-ever on-campus housing. Raider Village will include a total of 192 beds. Each unit will have its own bathroom with a kitchen and living area, and a washer and dryer. Lobby and lounge areas will also be on every floor to facilitate community building. The project scope also includes site development and infrastructure as well as parking.
