Northwest Florida State Raider Village Student Housing

Raider Village is the first on-campus student housing development at Northwest Florida State College, marking a significant investment in enhancing the campus experience and supporting student success. The 70,071-square-foot residential complex provides 162 beds in modern apartment-style units. Each unit includes four private bedrooms and four private bathrooms, complemented by a shared kitchen, living area, and in-unit washer and dryer accommodations. 

The facility also features welcoming lobby and lounge spaces on each floor, creating opportunities for student interaction and community building. In addition to the residential building, the project included comprehensive site development, supporting utility infrastructure, sidewalks and pedestrian connections, landscaping, and parking accommodations to serve the new residential community and seamlessly integrate the facility into the existing campus.
