Highlights
Raider Village Student Housing is Northwest Florida State College’s first-ever on-campus housing. Raider Village will include a total of 162 beds – each unit housing four bedrooms, and four bath units, where each bedroom has its own bathroom with a kitchen and living area, and washer and dryer. Lobby/Lounge areas will also be on every floor to facilitate community building. The project scope also includes site development and infrastructure as well as parking.
