The Pix & Pins Entertainment Center involved the transformation of the iconic Capri and Fondren strip properties into a new 30,000-square-foot entertainment destination located in the heart of the historic Fondren District in Jackson, MS.
The development consists of three separately branded yet connected venues operating as a unified entertainment experience, including The Pearl, Highball Lanes, and Capri Theatre. Designed to serve both residents of the Jackson metro area and visitors passing through the city, the venues create a dynamic destination for dining, entertainment, and events.
