Highlights
The Pix & Pins Entertainment Center project transformed the iconic Capri Theatre and Fondren strip properties into a new 30,000-square-foot entertainment destination located in the historic Fondren District in Jackson, Mississippi. The development features three separately branded yet connected venues, The Pearl, Highball Lanes, and Capri Theatre, operating as a unified entertainment experience. Designed to serve both residents of the Jackson metro area and visitors passing through the city, the venues create a dynamic destination for dining, entertainment, and events.
