This facility will consolidate, localize, and increase the interactivity and effectiveness of DPS functions. The Barlow Eddy Jenkins/Eley Guild Hardy Architects design team has developed a building design that will locate the various divisions in a single location with physical adjacencies to support efficient and team-based collaboration, thus maximizing state resources.
