AnderCorp is serving as the Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa) for Memorial Hospital at Gulfport, providing comprehensive advisory services across multiple healthcare projects at various stages of development. Current projects range in value and span planning, design, bidding, and active construction phases.

In its CMa role, AnderCorp supports the owner and design team through program management, budgeting, value engineering, design coordination, document development, bidding, and construction oversight. The team also prepares executive reports for the Hospital’s Board, providing high-level summaries on project status, financial performance, risks, and upcoming milestones.

Throughout all phases, AnderCorp coordinates closely with hospital leadership, department supervisors, facilities personnel, and infection control staff to ensure project requirements are met while maintaining patient safety and minimizing disruption to ongoing hospital operations.
