The Matt Bowers Hyundai Dealership project involved the construction of a new automotive facility featuring a 12,500-square-foot showroom and a 16,000-square-foot service and maintenance shop.
The facility was constructed using shallow foundation footings, with the service department built as a pre-engineered metal structure and the showroom utilizing CMU and structural steel framing. Exterior finishes include a blend of metal wall panels, aluminum curtainwall systems, aluminum composite panels, and EIFS, all complemented by a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing system.
The showroom features architectural millwork, porcelain tile flooring, storefront glass systems, acoustical ceilings, and painted gypsum board finishes. The service shop includes exposed painted ceilings, metal wall panels, and sealed concrete flooring designed for durability and functionality. Site improvements included an asphalt-paved parking area and surrounding landscaping.
