Matt Bowers Hyundai Gulfport

This project involved constructing a new Hyundai dealership featuring a 12,500 SF showroom and a 16,000 SF service shop. The foundation included shallow footings, with the service shop built as a pre-engineered metal structure and the showroom incorporating CMU and structural steel framing. The exterior is a blend of metal wall panels, aluminum curtainwalls, aluminum composite panels, and EIFS, topped with a thermoplastic polyolefin roof. Inside, the service shop showcases metal wall panels, exposed painted ceilings, and sealed concrete floors, while the showroom includes painted gypsum board, storefront systems, glass assemblies, architectural millwork, acoustical ceilings, and porcelain tile flooring. The site also features an asphalt-paved parking lot and surrounding landscaping.
