The Lost Rabbit Republic St. Condominiums project involved the construction of a new mixed-use building featuring retail space on the ground floor and six luxury condominiums across the upper two levels. Located within the Town of Lost Rabbit in Madison, MS, the development was designed to enhance the community’s traditional neighborhood environment by providing upscale residential living alongside neighborhood-serving retail and marketplace space.
As part of AnderCorp’s commitment to sustainable construction practices, the project utilized cross-laminated timber (CLT) construction, making it the largest CLT project completed in the State of Mississippi at the time.
