The Live! Casino & Hotel Virginia project consists of a world-class gaming and hospitality destination featuring more than 450,000 square feet of gaming, hotel, dining, entertainment, and meeting space in Petersburg, VA. The project includes a luxury 200-room hotel with 20 suites, a resort-style pool, and a fitness center. Gaming amenities will feature 1,600 state-of-the-art slot machines, 65 live-action table games, a 22-table poker room, high-limit gaming areas, and a full sportsbook.
Additional components include more than 75,000 square feet of meeting, convention, and entertainment space, highlighted by a 4,000-seat performing arts venue designed for concerts and special events. Guests will also enjoy 10 dining and entertainment options, along with convenient on-site parking to support the large-scale resort experience.
Currently under construction and scheduled for completion in 2027, the project will serve as the anchor destination within the larger billion-dollar Live! Gaming & Entertainment District Development.
