The Fondren Parking Garage project involved the construction of a new five-story, 484-space cast-in-place parking structure designed to support the continued growth and accessibility of the surrounding district in Jackson, MS.
In addition to the parking facility, the project scope included pedestrian walkways, landscaped green space, supporting infrastructure improvements, elevator towers, and an event space, known as The Yard. The development was designed to enhance connectivity, improve visitor access, and contribute to the overall functionality and experience of the Fondren area.
