Fondren Parking Garage

The Fondren Parking Garage will consist of a new five-story, 484-space, cast-in-place parking garage. The project scope includes pedestrian walkways, green space, infrastructure, elevator towers, and event space. This is instrumental to the parking demand for the historic Fondren area. It is expected to alleviate parking concerns in the business district, and also provide parking for a larger development.
