Highlights
AnderCorp has been selected as the Construction Manager for the 50,869 square-foot, dual headquarters office building for Bit Wizards and Talking Parents. This building will be home to more than 200 employees, including 100 new jobs, for two innovative tech companies making a national impact. Located within the Freedom Tech Center, this project adds to AnderCorp’s growing footprint in the development, where we also completed a 312-unit multifamily project and are currently constructing the Beast Code Office Building.
