AnderCorp Gulfport Office Build-Out

The 6,000 SF renovation completed the build-out of a new construction office for AnderCorp. The office is housed on the third floor of the historic Hatten Building in downtown Gulfport, MS. The office design and interior capture the historical essence of the Hatten building blended with a modern contemporary interior design. It includes 10 offices that have high-end custom furniture, finishes, and include glass storefront partitions. On the south wing, the office includes a spacious conference room featuring glass floating walls which promotes a collaborative environment in the heart of the office. The office also includes multiple open-air cubicles, a multi-functional break room and kitchen, a designated lounge area for collaborative conversations, and a preconstruction/operations meeting workspace.
