In this role, he collaborates with the construction operations team while leading strategic initiatives focused on professional growth and operational excellence.

Steven is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement by integrating innovative construction technologies and developing internal programs that empower team members to reach their full potential. He is passionate about helping AnderCorp remain a community-first, relationship-driven, and people-focused home for top industry talent.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University and is a Certified Healthcare Contractor. He remains deeply involved in the industry and his community, currently serving on the Executive Committee of the Building Construction Science Advisory Board for Mississippi State University, and is a graduate of Leadership Gulf Coast.
