Steven Moore joined AnderCorp in 2019, bringing over 25 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as Vice President of Innovation and Career Development. While continuing to collaborate with AnderCorp’s Construction Operations team, he now leads the firm’s strategic initiatives in professional growth and operational excellence. His mission is to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by integrating cutting-edge construction technologies and spearheading internal programs that empower team members to maximize their potential, and he is passionate about ensuring AnderCorp remains a community-first, relationship-building, people-focused home for the industry’s best talent.

In addition to his professional experience, Steven holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University. He is a graduate of Leadership Gulf Coast and a Certified Healthcare Constructor. Steven remains deeply involved in the industry and his community, currently serving on the Executive Committee of the Building Construction Science Advisory Board for Mississippi State University, along with a deep commitment to his local church.
