Professional Background

Stanley joined the AnderCorp Team in May of 2022, bringing over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. His experience includes negotiated and design-build projects in the hospitality, gaming, condominiums, manufacturing/distribution, justice, and education sectors. Stanley is responsible for preconstruction services: providing conceptual, budgetary, and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) packages or Lump Sum estimates, developing and maintaining client and subcontractor relations, value engineering, and bid packaging buyouts. He also provides insight into materials, systems, and current market conditions.

In addition to his professional experience, Stanley graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology and a Master of Science in Economic Development.
