Professional Background

Shane Langley joined AnderCorp in 2023, bringing with him over 22 years of experience in the construction industry. Shane’s expertise includes diversity in project delivery methods such as Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, and Construction Management. He provides critical leadership during the preconstruction process while ensuring a seamless transition from the preconstruction phase to the construction phase. He serves as a liaison between the preconstruction team and the project management team during the construction of each project.

In addition to his professional experience, Shane graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in building science. He is a LEED-accredited professional.
