Professional Background

Michael Sefton serves as Senior Preconstruction Manager at AnderCorp, bringing over 20 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, and operations management. He leads preconstruction efforts through conceptual and budgetary estimates, GMP and lump sum proposals, design and document review, subcontractor coordination, bid packaging and buyouts, value engineering, and strategic cost analysis to support successful project delivery and competitive pursuits.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi and holds a LEED AP certification. He has been recognized throughout his academic and professional career for leadership and achievement, including receiving the American Legion Award and earning congressional nominations to both the United States Naval Academy and the United States Military Academy.
