Meng Chai serves as Project Development Executive at AnderCorp. Bringing over 35 years of experience in design, construction, and project development, he has successfully integrated the complex project blueprint into a thriving operational reality. He later stepped into the federal design-build arena, designing and managing the construction of specialized housing and training facilities for the military. Looking to expand his field expertise, Meng moved into large-scale construction, where he drove design-assist processes for major public and private sector projects and high-profile gaming hospitality developments along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Meng earned a degree in Architecture from Louisiana Tech University and prides himself on aligning a strong design vision with long-term business value and operational efficiency.
