Martin Shows serves as Vice President of Field Operations at AnderCorp, bringing more than 30 years of construction experience, including 20 years of hands-on field experience and 10 years in executive leadership. In his role, Martin provides strategic oversight of field operations from preconstruction through project closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

With extensive experience in both field operations and executive leadership, Martin works closely with project teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate project execution, address challenges, and maintain alignment with project goals. His ability to balance strategic objectives with the critical details of day-to-day construction operations contributes to successful project delivery and strong project team performance.

Martin holds an Associate of Applied Science in Drafting and Design from Hinds Community College. He maintains certifications in OSHA 30-Hour, Telescoping Forklift, Excavation & Trenching, Crane & Rigging, and First Aid/CPR.
