With 16 years of experience in the construction industry, including more than 11 years dedicated to preconstruction, design management, and federal contracting, Josh Moore leads AnderCorp’s Federal Preconstruction efforts with a strategic, relationship-driven approach. He brings extensive expertise in design-build delivery, collaborating closely with top architectural and engineering partners to develop solutions that unite technical excellence, cost certainty, and mission-critical performance.

Throughout his career, Josh has successfully developed proposals, client presentations, bids, managed design, and procured federal projects exceeding $180 million in individual value. His portfolio spans a broad geographic footprint, with work delivered from New Mexico to Pennsylvania, supporting diverse program needs across military, defense, and civil agencies. He has served clients across the federal marketplace, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), General Services Administration (GSA), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). His deep understanding of agency expectations, procurement pathways, and technical requirements positions AnderCorp to deliver exceptional value on complex, large-scale federal initiatives.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Science from the College of Architecture, Art, and Design at Mississippi State University, where the studio-based curriculum established the foundation for his design-cognizant target value approach to project planning while building on first-hand experience gathered in early career field roles, enabling contributions for successful delivery from opportunity identification through close out.
