Professional Background

Josh Lee serves as Director of Quality Control at AnderCorp, bringing more than 25 years of construction industry experience, including over 20 years dedicated exclusively to Quality Control leadership. He is responsible for ensuring that all workmanship, materials, and installations comply with contract requirements, technical specifications, building codes, and regulatory standards throughout each phase of construction.

Josh supports project teams through the three phases of quality control, comprehensive inspections, and proven quality management processes that help ensure successful, high-quality project delivery. His extensive experience includes a diverse portfolio of complex projects, including federal and military infrastructures, educational facilities, casinos, and healthcare campuses and clinics.

Josh has completed specialized coursework in Construction Management through Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and The University of Southern Mississippi. He holds certifications in USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM), Commissioning Enclosure Assemblies & Systems, Exterior Design Institute (EDI) Building Envelope, EIFS, Moisture Analysis, Steep Slope Roofing, and Commercial Inspections, as well as ACI Concrete Field Testing and OSHA 10-Hour Safety Training.
