Derek Perry serves as Project Executive at AnderCorp, bringing more than 35 years of construction experience. He provides leadership throughout every phase of a project, from preconstruction and estimating through award, construction, completion, and closeout. 

Derek has extensive experience across a wide range of market sectors, including education, healthcare, and commercial construction projects. He is known for his ability to protect project and corporate margins while fostering strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners. As a liaison between corporate leadership, public officials, architects, and field teams, Derek brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach focused on delivering successful project outcomes.

Derek earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Mississippi State University. He is a Licensed Residential Contractor in Mississippi, a Certified All Lines Adjuster through Wardlaw Claims Training Center, and holds an OSHA 30-Hour certification.
