Field Coordinator
Locations:- Mississippi Gulf Coast

Key Role Responsibilities:
Field Coordinator
- Promotes a leading Safety Culture and is responsible to ensure onsite personnel follow safety, health, and environmental quality standards for the project
- Responsible to represent AnderCorp in an honest and trustworthy manner focused on providing first class service for the clients we serve
- Assist with opening the jobsite at beginning of the day and securing the jobsite at the end of the day
- Ensures job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner
- Provides on-site coordination for all phases of the project
- Responsible to implement and maintain site logistic plan
- Coordinates Material and Equipment Deliveries
- Ensures Plans and Specifications are being adhered to by all disciplines
- Adheres to Project Schedule for subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for the overall job and workflow to ensure timely completion in conjunction with the Project Manager
- Provides continuous quality control monitoring and documentation of the work being performed in accordance with project requirements and best industry practices
- Participate in various meetings including daily jobsite talks and weekly trade meetings
- Assists with project closeout by managing pre-punch activities and coordinating with project team members
- Participate in preparation of Superintendent Daily Reports
- Ability to acquire basic knowledge in AnderCorp project management software systems
- Manages all direct hire labor
- Coordinates with subcontractor superintendents and foreman
- Manages all company equipment or rentals
- Able to identify conflicts in construction progress and communicates them to project team.

- Ability to understand and apply the means and methods of construction management to projects
- Basic understanding of project processes and how each supports the successful completion of the project
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of Lean process and philosophy
- Knowledge of specific trades and scopes of work
- Ability to generate future work through building relationships
- Ability to understand document changes and corresponding impact to project
- Ability to communicate via email and basic professional correspondence
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred)
- In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered
Experience
- 5+ years construction experience
- 5+ years field supervision experience
