Professional Background

Michael Sefton serves as Senior Preconstruction Manager at AnderCorp, bringing nearly 20 years of expertise in preconstruction, estimating, and operations management across the commercial, industrial, governmental, healthcare, gaming, hospitality, educational, and design-build sectors. He leads preconstruction efforts through conceptual, budgetary, GMP, and lump sum estimating; design and document review; subcontractor coordination; bid packaging and buyouts; value engineering; and strategic cost analysis to support successful project delivery and competitive pursuits.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi and holds a LEED AP certification. He has been recognized throughout his academic and professional career for leadership and achievement, including receiving the American Legion Award and earning congressional nominations to both the United States Naval Academy and the United States Military Academy.
