AnderCorp has been selected as Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa) for Memorial Hospital at Gulfport, providing comprehensive advisory services across multiple projects at varying stages of design and construction. Current projects range in value from $600,000 to $25 million and span planning, design development, bidding, and active construction phases.

In its CMa role, AnderCorp supports the Owner and Architect through program management, design coordination, budgeting, value engineering, document development, bidding, and construction oversight. AnderCorp also prepares Executive Reports for the Hospital’s Board, delivering high-level summaries of project status, financial performance, risks, and upcoming milestones.

Throughout all phases, AnderCorp coordinates closely with hospital leadership, department supervisors, the Facilities Director, and Infection Control staff to ensure project requirements are met while maintaining patient safety and minimizing operational disruption during construction.
