Professional Background

Rob Flaherty serves as Project Executive at AnderCorp, bringing 38 years of construction experience. He provides the key leadership necessary to each of his project teams, from collaboration during preconstruction, through award, to construction and final competition and close-out, establishing AnderCorp as an industry leader.

Rob’s expertise includes contract administration, scheduling, procurement, and coordination, with a strong background in both hard-bid government and Design-Build projects. He has completed numerous projects for the federal government, including COE, NAVFAC, DOW, and the Bureau of Prisons.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Science from Auburn University and maintains Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification.
