Professional Background

Rob Flaherty joined AnderCorp in 2024, bringing over 38 years of experience in the construction industry. He oversees multiple project teams, managing contract administration, document control, submittals, procurement, and scheduling. Rob works directly with the estimating team during preconstruction to ensure a seamless transition into the construction phase. His strategic oversight spans every facet of the project, from preconstruction through close-out, leveraging extensive experience in hard-bid government and design-build projects.

In addition to his professional experience, Rob earned his bachelor’s degree in Building Science at Auburn University. He holds a Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) certification and is OSHA 30-Hour certified.
