Highlights

The Mississippi Cyber & Technology Center project consists of constructing a 104,807-square-foot, three-story facility that will serve as a hub for cyber defense, technology innovation, workforce development, and collaborative training. Using the Design-Bid-Build delivery method, AnderCorp serves as the Prime Contractor for a facility that will house the Mississippi Cyber Initiative headquarters, Air Force training spaces, secure office areas for private industry partners, classrooms, conference and collaboration areas, technology-focused training environments, and a flexible event venue supporting education, research, and public-private partnerships.

Site improvements include 270 parking spaces, new roadways, sidewalks with paver accents, landscaping, and associated utility infrastructure. Because the facility is adjacent to Keesler Air Force Base, the project requires carefully coordinated security measures, including temporary perimeter fencing and phased site segregation, to maintain uninterrupted base operations throughout construction.
