Mississippi Aquarium Changing Tides Exhibit

The Changing Tides exhibit at the Mississippi Aquarium involved renovating an existing building, transforming the space from a meeting facility into a new interactive exhibit. A key component of the project included tying the new exhibit systems into the Aquarium’s existing Life Support Systems piping and equipment while remaining fully operational. The project added more than 7,000 square feet of indoor exhibition space featuring over 20 new habitats and more than 100 species displayed throughout three distinct biomes. Renovations also included building upgrades to support new animal enclosures and tanks.
