Wallace Goodman joined AnderCorp in September of 2019, bringing with him over 18 years of experience in the construction industry and a book of business that exceeds $2 billion in total construction costs.
Wallace is currently responsible for overseeing AnderCorp’s Preconstruction Services Department. He works with clients and designers to provide exceptional solutions to preconstruction needs, including budgeting and value engineering by leveraging his wide breadth of experience with a diverse range of construction projects. He also manages our estimating team members and facilitates our estimating process to ensure the delivery of high-quality GMPs and bids. Throughout his career, Wallace has established strong working relationships with clients, team members, and community leaders and has demonstrated the ability to organically grow a sustainable backlog.
In addition to his professional experience, Wallace graduated cum laude from Mississippi State University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a licensed general contractor in Building Construction.
Wallace is active in his community, and is passionate about the Mississippi Gulf Coast. In his spare time, he is an adjunct instructor at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College in the Construction Management Department, teaching the next generation of construction workforce.
